As a certified Oxygen Advantage instructor and Australia's first High-Performance Sophrologist, I weave breath science into every session — for runners, cyclists, climbers, swimmers, basketball clubs and team-sport athletes, as well as everyday people chasing better sleep and steadier energy.
We start by assessing your functional breathing (BOLT score, nasal patency, biomechanics), then build a tailored protocol — light breathing, slow breathing, simulated altitude — layered with Sophrology for the mindset half of performance.
